№ 02 / 02 Guide

Google Ads management & fixes, explained.

Whether you want Google Ads management that actually returns a profit, or a fix for a disapproved ad or a suspended account, this guide explains how Google Ads works and how we run it.

What is Google Ads and how does it work?

Google Ads is Google's advertising platform — your ads can appear on Search, Shopping, Maps, Display, YouTube and Gmail. You mostly pay per click (CPC), and an auction decides placement based on your bid and Quality Score. Done right, it puts you in front of people actively searching for what you sell.

What is Quality Score and why does it matter?

Quality Score is Google's 1–10 rating of how relevant your ad, keyword and landing page are. A higher score means a lower cost-per-click (CPC) and a better position for the same budget. So we don't just raise bids — we improve ad copy, keyword-ad-page alignment and landing-page experience to lift the score and spend your budget more efficiently.

Which Google Ads campaign types are there?

  • Search: text ads on high-intent keyword searches.
  • Performance Max: goal-based, across Google's full inventory.
  • Shopping: product ads with images, price and store.
  • Display & YouTube: visual and video reach + remarketing.
  • Remarketing: bringing back visitors who didn't convert.

What does Google Ads management include?

Keyword and audience research, account structure, ad copy and assets, bidding strategy, conversion tracking (GA4 + tags), ongoing optimization and a transparent monthly report. We optimize toward conversions and ROAS — not clicks for their own sake.

Why was my ad disapproved?

Google reviews ads against its policies — common reasons are restricted content, misleading claims, trademark issues, a mismatched landing page or destination problems. The notice is often vague. We find the real cause, fix it, and resubmit so the ad gets approved and live.

The most common reasons ads get disapproved

  • Restricted content: health claims, counterfeit goods, legally restricted categories.
  • Misleading claims: exaggerated promises, "guaranteed" language, unverifiable numbers.
  • Trademark issues: using a brand name without permission.
  • Landing page: mismatched, broken, hard-to-exit or low-quality pages.
  • Technical: redirects, tracking or consent problems.

My Google Ads account was suspended — what now?

Suspensions usually come from billing issues, suspicious activity, circumventing-systems flags or repeated policy violations. We diagnose the real reason and file a reasoned appeal through the official channel. Honestly: no one can promise a 100% guarantee — the decision is Google's — but the correct process is what changes the outcome in most cases.

What is ROAS and how do we measure it?

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) shows how much revenue each lira of budget returns. With proper conversion tracking we attribute sales to the right campaigns, so decisions are based on profit — reported transparently every month.

How much budget does Google Ads need?

There's no fixed figure — budget depends on your sector, competition, target area and goals. Google Ads runs on a daily budget and you can pause anytime. We suggest a sensible starting budget that gathers data without waste, then scale what works. What matters isn't what you spend, but what it returns (ROAS).

The budget vs. the management fee

Two separate, transparent items: the ad budget is paid to Google from your own account, and the management fee is our work. Your Google Ads account always stays yours — we work as a manager (MCC) and you can revoke access anytime.

Who is it for?

E-commerce, local businesses, service brands and B2B — anyone who wants measurable results from Google, or who needs a disapproved ad or suspended account sorted out.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum Google Ads budget?

It varies by sector and competition; we don't impose a fixed floor. After a short call we suggest a sensible starting budget and scale what works.

Why do Google ads get disapproved?

Usually restricted content, misleading claims, trademark issues or a mismatched landing page. We find the real cause, fix it and get the ad approved.

My account is suspended — can you reinstate it?

In many cases the right appeal works, but no one can ethically promise a 100% guarantee — the decision is Google's. We run the correct process, properly and fast.

Difference between ad budget and management fee?

The ad budget goes to Google from your account; the management fee is our work. Both are shown separately and transparently.

How soon will I see results?

Search can deliver leads within days; Performance Max and stable ROAS usually settle over the first 2–4 weeks as data builds.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do — always. We manage it via our MCC and you can revoke access anytime; your data and history stay with you.
